In case an order needs to be returned or exchanged, we at Ezyshop do not offer Cash on Delivery. Please note that the Customers have to bear the cost for return shipping. For the buyer security and protection, EzyShop suggests that you return your order via a shipping method that’s offers tracking details. Cancel Order

In case you would like to cancel an order please get in touch with our team and contact us within an hour after the order has been placed. Any request for Cancellation submitted after one hour might not be catered or fulfilled.

Damaged Goods

EzyShop cannot guarantee the return of a damaged or defective good if the conditional is unacceptable. In case you received the wrong product in the shipment, please send us an email at sales.ezyshop@gmail.com and include the details as well as attached pictures of the wrong items.
