A Product bought from EzyShop can be returned within 30 days after the purchase. The footwear returned to us must not be damaged and in its original packing. Please include all the tags that were found attached to the product.
The buyer can ship the items using any courier service of their choice. Please note that the customers will be responsible to bear the return shipping cost. For security reasons we advise that that the buyer use a shipping method that provides tracking details.
Once we receive the returned products, we will have it inspected by the QA Team and have it verified. An email will be sent to inform the buyer. Purchases made by debit or credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.
Please note that items that were paid using gift cards or exclusive coupons will not be refunded and are not eligible for the return and refund process. The refund process can take up to 15 days to process and Complete the transaction (delays may incur depending on the countries bank policies)
