At EzyShop, we give you the choice to shop safely and securely. All you have to do is:

  • Click on the product you would like to buy
  • Select the appropriate size and click on “Add to basket”
  • When you are ready to complete the order, simply click on “Checkout”
  • This will take you to our secure checkout, where you will have to fill in your address, payment and delivery details
  • After you place your order, we will notify you about the confirmation via email

Q: What’s The Criterion for Same Day Dispatch?

A: To ensure that we dispatch your parcel on the very same day, you should place the orders before 3pm for standard product delivery. The same goes for express, or weekend deliveries.

 Q: Can I Add or Change My Order?

A: If your order hasn’t been dispatched already, we will input the changes. If you wish to make changes to your order, we advice you call us (rather than sending an email), as this will allow us to modify your order on time.

Q: How Will I Receive The Order Confirmation?

A: If you place your order online (not over the phone) we will send you a confirmation via email. It is important that you check all the details carefully to ensure that your order is correct. 

Q: I’m attempting to Place My Orders Online, But My Debit/Credit Card Is Being Rejected.

A: In such a case, you should first make sure that your billing details accurately match all those on your card statement. If you still have problems, simply give us a call, we will find out the root cause of the problem. You should be cautious of even attempting to submit your order numerous times as your card issuer could cancel your card automatically.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order, and How?

A: Yes you can, and if you would like to cancel your order, it is best you give us a call as soon as you place the order and we will do all it takes to cancel it before dispatching it. However, if we already dispatched your item, you will have to follow our returns procedure.

Cancellations

By chance, if you change your mind and decide to not go ahead with confirming your order, you can cancel it within 14 days from the date you placed the order.

 Cancellation before Dispatch

If you want to cancel your order before we dispatch it, we recommend that you call us as soon as you can and we will do our best to cancel it before it dispatches.

Cancelling after Dispatch

If you plan to cancel your order after we dispatch it, you will have to wait until you finally receive the order and follow our returns procedure.

What Happens in the Security Check?

Each order you place by debit or credit card payment undergoes a security check with your card issuer to make sure the details match with their records and your card does not fall under fraudulent use. In the case of non-authorization by your card issuer, we will get in touch with you to inform you.

Will My Card Be Debited, and When?

Yes, we will debit your card when we prepare to dispatch your goods. If the goods you ordered are not in our stock currently we will not debit the card until it arrives with us.
